چکیده

Objective: There are many studies on kidney transplant anesthesia, there is not enough data in the literature terms of intraoperative parameters according to donor type. In this study, we aimed compare hemodynamic adult patients who underwent living-donor and deceased-donor transplantation (KT). Material Methods: The KT were divided into 2 groups Recipients deceased included study as Group 1. Among living recipients, same number with similar demographic 1 designated 2. Both compared recorded parameters. Results: Twenty-four study. mean durations dialysis 81.6 ± 64.8 16.8 17.4 months for 2, respectively (p = 0.001). cold ischemia time was significantly longer than operative urine output 87.3 149.6 634.2 534.5, 0.002). Mean arterial pressure, heart rate, peripheral oxygen saturation CVP values all comparable between two groups. Conclusion: Cold volume lower transplants transplants. With good preoperative preparation, close follow-up, proper fluid management, achieved both types recipients. Keywords: Anesthesia, cadaver, monitoring, transplantation, donors

Incidence and severity of acute cellular rejection in recipients undergoing adult living donor or deceased donor liver transplantation.

Living donor liver transplantation (LDLT) may have better immunological outcomes compared to deceased donor liver transplantation (DDLT). The aim of this study was to analyze the incidence of acute cellular rejection (ACR) after LDLT and DDLT. Data from the adult-to-adult living donor liver transplantation (A2ALL) retrospective cohort study on 593 liver transplants done between May 1998 and Mar...

Donor ethnicity influences outcomes following deceased-donor kidney transplantation in black recipients.

Although the majority of deceased-donor kidneys are donated after brain death, increased recovery of kidneys donated after cardiac death could reduce the organ shortage and is now a national priority. Racial disparities in donations after brain death have been well described for renal transplantation, but it is unknown whether similar disparities occur in donations after cardiac death. In this ...

Combined Kidney-Liver, Heart-Liver, and Kidney-Pancreas Transplantations from a Single Deceased Donor

Splitting the liver for two adults to increase the donor pool is still a debated issue, especially for combined organ transplantation. We described a case of liver-splitting procedure for two adults, which was successful even in the presence of combined organ transplantation. Three adult combined organ transplantations from one deceased donor were performed, with, use of split liver grafts in t...
